The Big Picture
There's Zahirians's crackerjack opening combination against JET11's hostile new-ball attack; an accomplished middle order attempting to perform in the only it has underperformed in; and a richly talented seam attack, challenged primarily by its own inconsistency, striving to unsettle a batting line-up moored by two batsmen, one serene, the other substantial. And then there's the pitch - very hard, a little more damp - and the weight of history these two teams, both ancient and recent: DZCC have lost only four out of 12 short format games.
A chunk of the build-up has centered around the potential damage Mohammed Sanaz, and his partner Mohammed Siraj or Mohammed Haithar, could inflict on JET11's campaign. If they bat for a while, DZCC could make easy win; if they bat for longer, its sure win for them, which moves the forward at rapid speed. Knock Sanaz over and it all slows down, making it easier for DZCC's opponents to control the pace. JET11 have been tailoring plans to straitjacket Sanaz.

Mohammed Sanaz has made his name in the limited-overs game with a series of match winning few months ago before he injured innings last week in same venue was effortless.The challenge for sanaz is to focus his energy into building long innings, although one match against RSS won't push him to his limits.
